DUBAI 18 June 2018: Do you have any idea how much has Dubai expanded and grown in just th elast three decades or so?
Well, Forbes has carried ‘then and now’ images of Dubai that were released by Nasa to show how much Dubai has changed in 34 years.
The images have been distributed by Dubai Government Media Office and show Dubai in 1984 and then again in 2017.
In these 34 years, the city has grown from 350,000 people to just over 3 million people. With its growth, you can see just how much Dubai has altered the coastline, adding artificial islands, buildings and ports.
