A Bangladeshi driver allegedly sneaked behind a shopper in a supermarket and sexually assaulted her, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
RA, 40, Filipina sales manager went to a supermarket in Al Satwa for shopping and while she was picking stuff she needs, she felt something touched her lower back.
“I turned and moved away. I saw a man was standing behind me. I shouted at him: what are you doing? He said sorry and tried to move away… I called upon the security staff who caught him,” she testified.
MA, 31, driver admitted to the crime and the court will issue its verdict on November 16.
