ABU DHABI 27 October 2017: The Abu Dhabi Federal Appeal Court condemned a 37-year-old Emirati man to five years in prison and ordered confiscation of his communication devices, in a terror-related case.
The convict identified as H.A.M.A was also ordered to pay the court fees, said Wam.
In another terrorism case, the court sentenced Emirati G.A.A.S, 54, to 10 years in prison and ordered him to pay a fine of Dh500,000 for insulting a state symbol in a public place.
The court also heard a number of cases related to State security and adjourned the delivery of judgment to the next hearings.
