British rockers to play Saturday night Yasalam After-Race Concert
ABU DHABI 27 September 2017: Yas Marina Circuit and Flash Entertainment have added Brit rock band Mumford & Sons to the star-studded line up at this year’s Yasalam After-Race Concerts.
The full four nights of world-class music entertainment will take place at the du Arena, Yas Island, at the 2017 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Internationally-renowned DJ Calvin Harris will play on Thursday 23rd November and global icon P!NK will close the weekend on Sunday 26th November. Mumford & Sons are confirmed to play on Saturday.
The band headlined at Glastonbury Festival and played to 65,000 people at Hyde Park. The group will get the crowd going with favourites such as ‘Believe’ ‘The Wolf’ ‘The Cave’, ‘I Will Wait’ and ‘Little Lion Man’.
Their three previous studio albums took the UK and US charts by storm, and Mumford & Sons have garnered a raft of major music awards throughout their career, including ‘Best British Band’ at the Brit Awards, and a coveted Grammy Award for ‘Album of the Year’.
Individual Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday ‘Golden Circle’ Upgrades are now available for the Yasalam After-Race Concerts, starting from Dh195.
GP Parks Pass allows unlimited access to Yas Waterworld & Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Kids go free Friday, allows adult three-day Grandstand ticket holders to bring up to four children under 12 to the event.

Following the artist announcement, Yas Mall also hosted the last day of qualifying for the global F1® Esports Series. With the top 40 gamers worldwide qualifying for the semi-finals in London on October 10th,with the 20 finalists that make the cut flying to Abu Dhabi to compete at the Grand Final at Yas Marina Circuit taking place on November 24th and 25th.
