DUBAI 13 May 2017: A Nepali cleaner took for himself a cigarette, baby lotion, Thailand currency equivalent to Dh300, which he found under seat of an airplane, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
On March 19. While DB, 25 was leaving the airport, he was suspected at the staff checkout gate.
Searching him, a cigarette in a box, baby lotion worth Dh15 and Thai Baht 3,000 were found in his possession.
DB admitted to finding these items under seats while he was cleaning a plane, so he hid them in his pocket as he finished his work.
Court will give sentence on May 31.
