A British Airways pilot has been suspended after he was allegedly pictured pleasuring himself in a cockpit 38,000 feet in the air.
Graphic images emerged that allegedly showed the pilot performing a sex act on himself while wearing stockings, with his feet positioned on the controls.
In a second picture a man was seen naked in the plane toilets and another image showed a porn magazine in the cockpit.
The 51-year-old pilot has been suspended by BA despite him denying it was him in the pictures.
An airline expert told the UK Sun newspaper if the passenger plane was being flown at the time it could have ended badly.
‘This is very dangerous if the plane is in mid-flight,’ Chris Yates said.
‘If you are flying, you can fly into serious turbulence.’
A BA spokesman added: ‘We are taking these allegations extremely seriously and are investigating.’
The images were apparently taken on more than one plane.
