DUBAI 24 July 2019: Boris Johnson, former London Mayor has won the battle to become United Kingdom’s next Prime Minister.
He was elected leader of the British Tory Party by members beating contender Jeremy Hunt by double the votes.
Johnson will take over from outgoing premier Theresa May today.
He has vowed to finish Brexit by October 31.
