ABU DHABI 29 May 2017: Emirates Park Zoo and Resort will has changed its opening hours from 4 pm – 11 pm daily, giving visitors the opportunity to bond with their families and maximize their zoo experience.
The zoo destination welcomes its visitors with new features to including the latest zoo extension, home of the zoo’s resident hippopotamus, Otto the hippo. This venue also showcases new stations such as the Mammal Cave, which composes of more than 16 wildlife species, and the Camel Farm where families and children are invited to interact with the resident camels of the zoo.
Moreover, break your fast in the authentic Arabic environment of Al Dar Restaurant. The new menu offers the best of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine including succulent grilled meats, a selection of rice dishes, Fattah, Sambousek, Ful Medammes, and hot and cold mezzeh ideal for an unforgettable Iftar.
Visitors are in for a treat at the Zoo Zip & Climb, a zip lining and tree climbing zone which caters to all ages. Zoo Zip & Climb comprises of separate trails, The Big Adventure for adults and the Junior Climb for children. Each trail covers different zones and gaming steps that take guests to a journey around the petting zoo.
