Bomb-laded drones targeting Saudi destroyed

RIYADH 13 November 2020: The Arab Coalition forces on Thursday intercepted and destroyed in Yemeni airspace a bomb-laden UAV launched by Iran-backed Houthi militia toward Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, the Official Spokesman of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen Colonel Turki Al-Malki emphasised that Joint Coalition Forces have intercepted and destroyed in Yemeni airspace Thursday a bomb-laden UAV launched systematically and deliberately by the terrorist Houthi militia to target civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom.

Earlier Thursday morning, the coalition intercepted and destroyed an explosive-laden drone launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia towards Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Press Agency and Wam reported.
