Humanitarian Cases: Hotline for Emirati-Qatari joint families

UAE, Saudi and bahrain set up hotlines

ABU DHABI 12 June 2017: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has instructed the authorities concerned to take into consideration the humanitarian circumstances of Emirati-Qatari joint families in recognition of the brotherly Qatari people, an official source announced.

And in implementation of these directives, the Ministry of Interior has set up a telephone hotline (+9718002626) to receive such cases and take appropriate measures to help them.

The source said these measures were in line with the statement issued by the UAE that severed ties with the State of Qatar for the pretexts mentioned in the resolution and its procedures. The statement also underscored the UAE’s commitment to the wellbeing of the brotherly Qatari people as a natural extension of the brotherly UAE people.

King Salman directive to take into account humanitarian cases of mixed Saudi-Qatari families

JEDDAH: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, has issued a directive to take into account the humanitarian cases of the mixed Saudi-Qatari families in recognition of the brotherly people of Qatar.

An official source on Sunday was quoted by the Saudi Press Agency as saying: “further to the statement issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on severing relations with the State of Qatar and the reference within the statement to Saudi Arabia’s keenness on the brotherly Qatari people who are a natural extension of their brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, has issued a directive to take into account the humanitarian cases of the mixed Saudi-Qatari families in recognition of the brotherly people of Qatar.”

“In implementation of the directive, the Ministry of Interior set up a hotline +966112409111 to receive the cases and take appropriate action on them,” the source said.

Bahrain launches hotline for Bahraini-Qatari family humanitarian cases

MANAMA: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain has issued a royal order to take into consideration the humanitarian situation of mixed Bahraini-Qatari families, according to Bahrain News Agency, BNA.

“Further to the statement of severing diplomatic relations with the State of Qatar and the measures taken as a result of its continued hostile behaviour against the Kingdom of Bahrain, a Royal Order was issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to take into account the humanitarian situation of the Bahraini-Qatari families in appreciation of the brotherly Qatari people who represent a natural extension of their brothers in the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

“In implementation of this royal order, the Ministry of Interior has set up a hotline (Telephone: 0097317399821) to receive these cases and to take the appropriate measures.”
