DUBAI 3 February 2019: Dubai Municipality has announced that it has completed up to 82 per cent of the construction works on the upcoming Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
It is located along the Dubai Creek at Al Jadaf area. The landmark building covers a total area of 66,000 square meters.
It is being built at an estimated cost of Dh1 billion.
