DUBAI 18 February 2019: You will see Dubai and its famous landmarks like Burj Khalifa soon featured in a blockbuster rip-roaring comedy with lots of action and hilarious lines.
For Jackie Chan has selected Dubai as a locale for his later film.
Dubai Film and TV Commission said Jackie Chan is returning to Dubai to film his latest movie which includes a number of well-known actors such as Yang Yang, Ai Lun, Zhu Zhengting, Jackson Lou and Mia.
Jackie Chan’s first film that featured Dubai was Kung Fu Yoga made in 2017. It was written and directed by Stanley Tong. The cast includes Aarif Rahman, Lay Zhang, and Miya Muqi, and Indian actors Sonu Sood, Disha Patani, and Amyra Dastur.
It was a tale of Jackie, a world-renowned archaeology professor on a grand quest to locate a lost ancient Indian 212 carat diamond when they are ambushed by a team of mercenaries and left for dead. But of course, he survived and in the end won.
