ABU DHABI 7 April 2017: Bloom Properties has announced the commencement of main works at Faya, the fourth phase of its master planned community Bloom Gardens.
Emirates Link Maltauro, a leading general contracting company, has been appointed to execute and complete the main works.
This follows the recent delivery of Phase 3 of its Bloom Gardens master development prior to the scheduled hand-over in Q1, 2017.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “We are delighted to confirm that the main works of Faya at Bloom Gardens have commenced. This marks a significant milestone for the master development that has set new benchmarks for quality urban lifestyle.”
Sameh added: “Bloom enjoys excellent working relationship with Emirates Link Maltauro which is credited with completing the phase 2 and phase 3 of Bloom Gardens ahead of schedule.”
Bloom Gardens is an exclusive residential community nestled in the heart of the capital minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park. Faya will consist of 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters.
Following its launch during the tenth anniversary edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi in April, 2016, Bloom said it sold 90% of Faya within one week since its launch. The strong investor response is attributed to the project’s ideal location, its array of lifestyle amenities and the attractive payment plans.
