Majority of Mena employees want to leave jobs

81% consider relocating

One of the requirements employees in Mena need from their employers is a ‘living allowance’ apart from bonuses and incentives.

Randstad Mena in its 2016 Salary Survey analyses the working environment in the Middle East and North Africa region to find out what matters to an employee.

According to the survey – which ran from November 2015 to February 2016, majority (86 per cent) of employees are considering  leaving their current company; while 81 per cent consider relocating to another country. Health insurance or medical cover were cited by 51 per cent of employees as necessary, while 38 per cent wished they received air tickets and more than 36 per cent desired to be rewarded with assisted living allowance and 36 per cent wanted help with their children’s education.
