A Saudi man divorced his wife through Snapchat application on his mobile phone, prompting the woman to take him to court.
The woman in the Western Saudi Res Sea port of Jeddah said it was the third time her husband sent her a divorce message on her mobile phone.
“She filed a law suit so she will be granted divorce…she said that it was the third time her husband sent her a message divorcing her,” Sada daily said.
It said it was the first time that a man divorces his wife through Snapchat in Jeddah, the second largest Saudi city after the capital Riyadh.
