Visitors at GITEX Shopper 2016, the region’s biggest consumer IT and electronics show are usually accustomed to leaving with a new smartphone, TV or tablet, but Indian National Megha Suresh left the 26th edition of GITEX Shopper with something much bigger – a brand new Mitsubishi Montero Sport. All visitors who purchased an AED 30 entry ticket were eligible for the grand “Visit and Win” prize, which was awarded on the final day of the show, Saturday 8th October 2016.
The car was one of many exciting giveaways won by shoppers at GITEX Shopper, other prizes included the latest Oppo smartphone, a Nikon D3300, 32 seaplane flights and eight holiday packages worth AED 120,000/-.

The dates for next year’s GITEX Shopper edition is confirmed – GITEX Shopper Spring 2017 will take place from 29th March – 1st April.
