DUBAI 16 April 2018: This month, Majid Al Futtaim will launc a new flagship community in Dubai – Tilal Al Ghaf.
Tilal Al Ghaf, a mixed-use lifestyle destination will feature freehold residences, ranging from apartments, townhouses and bungalows, through to substantive luxury villas, intersecting with natural landscapes.
Walkable neighborhoods will be blended with retail, dining, leisure and cultural precincts. There will be extensive plantations of indigenous Ghaf trees.
Al Ghaf Hills is a 3 million square meter project in one of the most important residential growth areas in Dubai, at the intersection of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Road, near Dubai Sports City.
The community is a phased project that will feature over 6,500 mid to upper-luxury homes upon completion in 2027. Landscaping will include around 400,000 square meters of open space, including the Lagoon Al Ghaf spanning over 70,000 square meters, and 48,000 square meters water canal.
Tilal Al Ghaf is the fourth community from Majid Al Futtaim, joining Al Zahia in Sharjah, UAE, Al Mouj Muscat in Oman, and Waterfront City in Lebanon.
