Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum issued Executive Council Resolution No (53) of 2016 approving the organisational structure of Dubai Courts.
According to the Resolution, the Director General of Dubai Courts may issue the required policies and procedures to carry out this Resolution including approval of the authorities and responsibilities of the divisions subject to Resolution No (53) of 2016.
The Executive Council Resolution No (53) of 2016 annuls the Executive Council Resolution No (15) of 2014 and any other legislation that contradicts or challenges its articles. The new Resolution is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
