No rain in UAE today, but fog, mist and rough seas forecast

Wide temperature range forecast from 12°C to 30°C

DUBAI: After a strange, misty, sunny and rainy day on Monday, the UAE expects the rain clouds to lift revealing a more cheerful day with temperatures ranging from 12°C in  the mountains to 30°C in some internal areas, according to the country’s weather agency, NCMS.

On Monday, medium to light showers fell in different parts of Abu Dhabi in evening. However, local authorities said more rain is expected as the sky remains overcast.

It had rained in Dubai and other arts of the country.

For Tuesday, NCMS forecast a partly cloudy weather in general with moderate to fresh winds especially over the sea, causing blowing dust and reducing horizontal visibility over exposed areas.

The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning with a chance of fog/mist over the internal areas. Seas will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough at times in Oman Sea.

For Wednesday, NCMS says it will be fair to partly cloudy in general. Moderate winds in general, becoming fresh at first causing blowing dust over exposed areas. Seas will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in Oman Sea. The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and early morning with a chance of fog/mist over the internal areas.
