At a sports bar in Kansas, a white male American suspect shot at a couple of Indians going about their business, killing one (Srinivas) of them – in what is being seen as a hate crime.
At Austins Bar & Grill in Olathe on Wednesday, Adam W. Purinton, 51, allegedly shot Srinivas Kuchibhotla, 32; Alok Madasani, 32, of Overland Park, and another bar patron, 24-year-old Ian Grillot of Grandview.
However, another American rose up to defend the Indians and was hurt and is in hospital. See video.

The slain Indian’s wife Sunayna said she had thought about going “home” but her husband assured her to stay in the US. They had bought a dream home. See video.
