ABU DHABI 20 November 2019: The UAE Ministry of Education on Tuesday announced that schools will be suspended on Wednesday, due to bad weather and poor road conditions.
The Ministry of Education said schools in the emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Qaiwain would close to ensure students’ safety, said Wam.
Classes in Abu Dhabi too will be suspended today in all public and private schools in the emirate of Abu Dhabi against the backdrop of meteorological forecasts of unstable weather, according to the Abu Dhabi Government Media office.
The decision has been taken to ensure students’ safety, according to the Office’s Twitter account.
