ABU DHABI 21 August 2020: Abu Dhabi Media (ADM) has announced that Kadak FM – its popular Hindi Radio offering – will partner with Bollywood’s leading singer Sonu Nigam to host ‘The Light’ a world-first, socially distanced Bollywood concert.
Scheduled to be held today, this is the first time Sonu Nigam will collaborate with local musicians in the UAE, to create the grandeur of a Bollywood concert.

Sonu Nigam is an exceptional talent and one of the finest Bollywood singers. The event’s promoter, Osman Osman, managing director at Blublood said:“With the guidance and support of the Dubai World Trade Centre as well as the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, we have carefully orchestrated social distancing for this show. The layout will put minds at ease, with a full 1.5 meter distance between fans. All safety protocols are being implemented from venue entrance to your seat.”
Hosted by Kadak FM Presenters the concert forms a part of the 23rd Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), a seven-week extravaganza which offers exciting events and promotions with savings of up 90 per cent, unlimited entertainment, food & drink offers and family fun.
Listeners can tune into Kadak FM on 97.3 FM in Abu Dhabi, 88.8 FM in Dubai & Sharjah and 95.6 in Al Ain, online or via streaming apps across the UAE.
