DUBAI: It has rained in arts of Dubai, especially in the south of the city towards Dubailand and Al Ain.
The skies over southern parts of Dubai have darkened. However, the sun continues to fight for its rightful pace in the skies over the emirate.
Heavy dark clouds are forming and it appears we may have either a sandstorm or some showers.
Last night at around 8.15pm it had rained on Mohammed bin Zayed Road in a short sharp burst.
BBC weather service says there are still chances of unsettled weather and showers over UAE and Oman.
Our own NCMS says for today Partly cloudy weather in general, cloudy at times during morning with a chance of some rain, becoming fair weather by afternoon.
Moderate to fresh winds especially over the sea and exposed areas, causing blowing dust, reducing horizontal visibility.
The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and tomorrow early morning with probability of fog/mist formation over the internal areas.
