Enoc, FAB and Rove in major expansion

DUBAI 7 February 2018: Enoc Group has inaugurated its largest service station in Saudi Arabia in the industrial area of Modon in Riyadh, underlining the Group’s commitment to expand its network in the Kingdom.

Strategically located on Al Kharj Road in Riyadh, the new 16,000 square meter service station is the 10th service station in the kingdom and first to provide automotive services such as tyre and battery replacements by AutoPro.

With 10 fuel dispensers, two of which are for diesel, the station offers a comprehensive set of services including a food court, retail shops, a prayer room and ATMs in addition to Zoom and Pronto outlets that provide organic products as well as two drive-through restaurants.

All the cooling units in the new station use ozone-free cooling systems, while lighting is through energy-efficient and long-lasting LED bulbs of up to 50,000 hours of life. These lighting solutions help reduce energy consumption by 50 per cent in addition to cutting carbon emissions. Moreover, they require zero maintenance and provide safety against fire hazards.

FAB to establish investment banking subsidiary in Saudi Arabia

ABU DHABI: First Abu Dhabi Bank, FAB, has secured a licence from the Capital Market Authority, CMA, to establish an investment banking subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, ‘FAB Investment KSA’.

The subsidiary is wholly owned by FAB and will provide arranging and advisory services throughout the kingdom to both KSA corporate clients and institutions looking to access international markets. It will enable FAB to grow stronger and to enhance its regional presence.

Abdulhamid Saeed, Group CEO of FAB, said, “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is widely regarded as a catalyst to ignite further economic growth across the GCC and we are delighted that ‘FAB Investment KSA’ is now licenced to operate in the Kingdom. Rove Hotels expands to Saudi Arabia

Dubai: Rove Hotels, a joint venture of Meraas and Emaar Properties, has announced its expansion to Saudi Arabia with Rove King Abdullah Economic City, located centrally in the Bay La Sun waterfront district of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) in the vicinity of the Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC) and a newly established entrepreneurship hub.
