DUBAI 25 August 2018: UAE haute couture powerhouse Atelier-Zuhra is beng featured at the upcoming fashion phenomenon in Paris on 4 September 2018.
The extraordinary production is hosted by supermodel Jessica Minh Anh, famously known for her historic catwalks on the Eiffel Tower, London’s Tower Bridge, Grand Canyon Skywalk, and Spanish solar power plant.
Jessica Minh Anh selected Atelier-Zuhra to represent the Middle East on her iconic Seine River catwalk
The world’s renowned fashion show producer and supermodel, Jessica Minh Anh, has hand-picked UAE haute couturier Atelier-Zuhra to join the 7th anniversary of her famous “Catwalk on Water” in Paris on 4 September 2018.
The fashion house will showcase an impressive new collection alongside an all-female designer lineup from Europe, North America, Asia, and South America. Many Middle Eastern designers including Ziad Nakad, Tony Ward, Mauzan, and Debaj have previously participated in Jessica Minh Anh’s international catwalk editions.
To create an illusion of models walking on the Seine River, Jessica Minh Anh will use a giant multifaceted glass boat and clever seating arrangements. As a result, Paris’ architectural wonders and its 37 bridges become the natural backdrop for the floating catwalk.
Atelier-Zuhra’s new designs will illuminate on this unique catwalk with structured dresses inspired by Swan Princess in the art of Mosaic. Each look combines luxury, femininity, and timelessness portrayed in intricate craftsmanship and modern takes on transparency.
About her decision in showcasing Rayan Al Sulaimani’s fashion brand, Jessica Minh Anh said “Atelier-Zuhra instantly captured my attention with the artistic balance of colour and texture. Every piece seems light and elegant with added feather and soft layers, yet architecturally intriguing with distinctive cuts and embroideries. Their designs not only accentuate women’s body beautifully, but make them feel confident, special, and glamourous. I cannot think of a better representative for the Middle East this time around”.
Other participating designers include Peruvian haute couturier Ani Alvarez Calderon, French luxury jewellery brand De Galluchat, Japanese legend Yumi Katsura, American newcomer Nuriyah, Bangladeshi fashion house ‘Zoan Ash’ by Sultana, and Vietnamese famous ready-to-wear brand Cocosin with a special collection, “Jessica Minh Anh X Cocosin”, which was inspired by Jessica’s Parisian chic and youthful style.
Considering Jessica Minh Anh’s previous famous hairstyles inspired by the Eiffel Tower, Burj Al Arab, Sydney’s Harbour Bridge, and Grand Canyon Skywalk, her exceptional hair structure this time will no doubt be part of the attraction.
