DUBAI 17 February 2018: Due to overwhelming popular demand, the subaquatic yoga-lover sessions at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is back for a second season from February 17.
Led by expert Yogis from Downtown Dubai’s innovative Piloga studio, the sessions are designed to reconnect you with your senses – with a different focus each week – set in the tranquility of the underwater tunnel of the world’s largest suspended aquarium.
The first session on Saturday, February 17 will encourage Healing with Sound in a slow hatha flow class, utilising singing bowl and many mediation techniques including pranayama (control of the breath) and movement to evoke spontaneous healing; followed on Saturday, February 24 with an exploration of the significance of touch and working in tandem as you stretch your way to a clearer mind in the Partner Up session.
March 3 brings a fun vinyasa flow session which challenges your balance by taking vision out of the equation, allowing for a deeper appreciation of your surroundings in the Discovering your Sight session; whilst the final class on Saturday, March 10 will invigorate your Sense of Smell, with fragrant scents provided by doTerra Essential Oils being utilised during the vinyasa session to help achieve a deeper state of meditation, relaxation and clarity.
Each class is limited to 35 participants, so weekly pre-booking is essential to secure a spot and engage your senses, surrounded by the uniquely peaceful marine-life of Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
