ABU DHABI 10 May 2017: The Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), announced that the construction of Jawaher Saadiyat, the gated residential community facing Saadiyat Beach Golf Course within the Saadiyat Beach District, is more than 22 per cent complete, with ongoing works progressing within schedule.
The achievement of this milestone is a result of TDIC’s close collaboration with its main contractor, Al Jaber Building. The project was awarded in July of last year following a competitive tendering process. Scheduled for delivery in the latter half of 2018, prospective buyers can secure their units through an initial 2.5 per cent deposit, with villa and townhouse prices ranging from Dh5.1 million to Dh17.8 million.

Since the contractor’s mobilisation in August 2016, construction on the project has proceeded in earnest.
Hadeel Al Qadi, Jawaher Saadiyat Senior Project Manager at TDIC, said, “We are working closely with our contractor and consultants to monitor the project’s development and ensure upholding the highest standards across all phases of construction. The completion of the foundations for all 83 units is a milestone achievement, and we look forward to meeting or exceeding all our future development targets while maintaining the design and quality of the project.”
