ABU DHABI 19 May 2018: Abu Dhabi Farmers’ Services Centre (ADFSC), has opened a new store selling local products, including vegetables, meat and poultry in Abu Dhabi’s Mushrif Mall, taking the total number ADFSC’s store branches in the emirate to 13.

The Mushrif Mall branch represents a major marketing outlet for ADFSC, which markets local products under the brand name ‘Our Farms Harvest’, said Wam.

The centre is diversifying its sales outlets in an effort to market local products – such as vegetables, meat, poultry, eggs and honey – using seasonal markets and mobile vehicles located in front of major mosques, and in the main squares in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In addition, wholesale products are being supplied to major supermarkets.

“The diversity of marketing channels is one of ADFSC’s main objectives, in order to continue to bring local products from Abu Dhabi farms to the consumer,” said Dhafer Al Qassimi, ADFSC Director of Operations and Trade.

“In addition, the centre is working hard to develop and increase the number of outlets in different regions,” he added.
