Once world’s heaviest woman passes away in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI 26 September 2017: Burjeel Hospital yesterday announced the death of Egyptian Eman Abdul Atti, once the world’s heaviest woman.

She died due to complications caused by obesity, including heart disease and kidney failure, according to hospital specialists, said Wam.

The hospital said that the patient was under the supervision of more than 20 doctors from different disciplines who had been supervising her treatment since her arrival in the UAE.
