ADEN, 23rd July, 2017 (WAM) — The second batch of 16 buses provided by the UAE to support the transportation sector in Aden, arrived in the Yemeni city on Saturday.
The gesture is in line with the directive of the UAE’s wise leadership to restore normalcy in the liberated Yemeni governorates, alleviate the suffering of the people, and improve the services provided to them.
During the delivery ceremony of the buses, Yemeni Minister of Transportation Murad Al-Halmi hailed the concerted efforts by the UAE after the liberation of Aden, the temporary capital of Yemen.
He also emphasised the importance of the UAE’s assistance in restoring normal life for the local transport authority.
