Abu Dhabi, Dubai suspend shares over delayed results

ABU DHABI

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and Dubai Financial Market (DFM), have temporarily suspended trading in shares of companies for not submitting preliminary financial results for 2016.

DFM suspended trading in shares of some companies for not submitting preliminary financial results for 2016.

Meanwhile, ADX said on Wednesday it had temporarily suspended trading in shares of companies that had not yet released their annual financial statements.

The UAE-listed companies are required to disclose their annual earnings results within 45 days from the end of the fourth quarter.
