Ashridge executive education’s ALMP programme caters to management leaders in Gulf region

Ashridge Executive Education’s ‘Ashridge Leadership and Management Program (ALMP)’ based on in-depth research into management and leadership, is helping managers in the Gulf Region to craft unique approaches to leading teams, strategy and change.
According to Rory Hendrikz, Managing Director of Ashridge Middle East, “We have been delivering this programme for over 10 years in the region and this is still one of our most sought after programmes. The GCC is a dynamic, fast changing environment, where businesses need to constantly innovate to stay ahead, and in this context, leaders need to quickly adapt and learn at a high speed. ALMP addresses this concern.”
A highly active and process facilitated program, it will help managers to learn from their past, support them in understanding the present and help them to build pivotal leadership capabilities for the future. It will challenge them to review and set inspiring new personal and professional goals.
As stated by Fiona Dent, the program director, ““This is a very personal learning process, providing you with an opportunity to learn about your own leadership style and to develop the leadership capabilities, credibility and confidence to achieve.”
The blend of small-group development activities and 1:1 coaching from experienced Ashridge accredited coaches delivers lasting change.
According to Hessa Al Qahtani, Conservation Programs Unit Head, Al Ain Zoo, UAE; who attended the programme in the past, “If you want to take the right steps to the leadership level, then make sure to learn from the Ashridge team.”
Ashridge will also be presenting about leadership and management at region’s biggest HR event, HR Summit from 14 – 16 November 2016 at Dubai International Exhibition Centre, UAE.
