ABU DHABI 6 July 2021: The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) conducted 239,366 Covid-19 tests and announced 1,573 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 641,049.
MoHAP also announced five deaths due to complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 1,839.
The ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and wished patients a speedy and full recovery. It called on all members of the society to cooperate with health authorities, adhere to the instructions and physical distance to ensure the health and safety of all.
MoHAP also noted that an additional 1,527 individuals had fully recovered from, bringing the total number of recoveries to 619,294.
The total number of vaccine doses provided stands at 15,574,641 with a rate of vaccine distribution of 157.47 doses per 100 people.
