DUBAI 2 August 2018: Burj Vista in Downtown Dubai – with a view of iconic Burj Khalifa and with direct access to Dubai Mall – has started receiving its first residents.
Burj Vista’s architecture is specially designed to offer a theatrical experience of Burj Khalifa. The two-tower Burj Vista has terraces that open to uninterrupted, front-seat views of Burj Khalifa, the city’s skyline, The Dubai Fountain and the wider Downtown Dubai neighbourhood, as well as views of the Arabian Sea from the backside terraces.
The front terraces of Burj Vista homes wrap around in a distinct staggered honeycomb pattern. The 20 and 65 storey towers offer 128 and 538 luxury apartments, respectively, in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. There are penthouses with rooftop terraces too on the top levels of each tower.
Residents are in walking distance of The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, and conveniently close to The Opera District – home to another icon of Dubai – the Dubai Opera hosting spell-binding shows and events year-round – and the central business district of Dubai.
Adding to the convenience of the residents is a 98-metre travellator that connects Burj Vista with the Dubai Metro Link, which bridges the Dubai Metro station with Downtown Dubai.
The boulevard level of the towers also features several high-end retail outlets and restaurants, while there are additional retail and F&B outlets on Level 2, which is the same level as the Metro link. The travellator also connects directly to Address Boulevard, the premium luxury hotel, adding to the lifestyle choices of residents and visitors.
