Dubai properties showcased to China buyers in Shanghai

DUBAI 4 September 2018: Dubai Land Department (DLD) has concluded the second edition of Dubai Property Show in Shanghai which was held at Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The show, covering an area of 6,000 sq. m, exhibited over 100 property projects by more than 20 developers. It also provided various activities for investors to gain an understanding of investment information, industry trends, and the market dynamic in Dubai.

This edition of the show brought together DLD’s strategic partners to provide developers, investors, and visitors with all details and information pertaining to Dubai. Partners included Emirates Islamic Bank, Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Emirates Airline, Dubai Chamber, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Dubai Police, Real Estate Brokers, and Dubai’s Real Estate Registration Trustees

As the richest and most modernised metropolis, Dubai has built itself within just 10 years into a world-class financial centre by attracting talents and capital. Thanks to its efficient governance, Dubai not only boasts international ports, airports, and transportation hubs, but also regards tourism, trade, logistics, and financial services its pillar industries. As the UAE has actively supported the ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative, the China-UAE relationship has grown stronger, with mutual beneficial policies being launched, further attracting Chinese investors to the real estate sector in Dubai.

Chinese investors are interested in Dubai due to its stable political environment, making it one of the safest destinations for investment and living. Additionally, the government emphasises the development of the property sector, with high information transparency, a well-regulated market, and multiple favorable policies put in place to attract investors.

In order to meet the demands of Chinese investors, the Dubai Property Show provided affordable, luxurious, and ultra-luxurious property investment options, comprising apartments, beachfront villas, and commercial offices to meet the demands and budgets of different investors. At the same time, the show also offered services such as free seminars, finance advisories, brokers and registration services, and investment counseling that helped investors establish the best options for them.
