DUBAI 1 September 2017: Etisalat has started offering free UAE WiFi across the country in celebration of Eid Al Adha holidays.
The free UAE Wifi will be accessible from all malls, restaurants and cafes in the UAE.
It will be free until the 9th of September.
Etisalat operates UAE’s biggest WiFi hotspots network. It offered free access from August 30.
UAE WiFi offers enjoy free Internet access at more than 300 locations across the UAE. You can access it using any WiFi enabled device, whether it’s a smartphone, laptop, tablet or gaming device.
How to Connect
1. Enable WiFi on your device.
2. Select UAE WiFi by Etisalat to automatically be directed to the WiFi landing page on your Internet browser.
3. First time users must register by entering a valid UAE mobile. You will then receive an SMS from Etisalat with your 4-digit PIN code. Enter your mobile number as the login name and your PIN as your password. If you forgot your PIN, click on “Remind me”.
4. If you are a returning customer who has previously selected “Remember me”, you will be automatically directed to the main screen.
5. If you have free WiFi Hours on your account, click start on the main page to start your WiFi session. Otherwise, you will be given the choice of purchasing one of the packages using your UAE credit card or Wasel recharge card.
6. Once your session starts, a timer will appear showing the time remaining.
