DUBAI 3 November 2017: A Pakistani driver allegedly molested a 16-year old Indian student in the parking of a mall in Dubai, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
On September 23, HN, 16, was in the mall where his father has a jewellery shop.
“At around 2pm, I headed to the toilet and as I got out a man approached me and asked me about my nationality and where do I stay in India. He then asked me to accompany him to his car in the parking lot. I went with him and in the car his sexually molested me before letting me go,” testified the student.
The victim, informed his father and the latter lodged a complaint with the police and the mall’s security.
Police arrived and arrested BA, 39 who admitted to molesting the teenager.
The court will give verdict on November 13.
