UMM AL QAIWAIN 14 August: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has issued a decree exempting owners of industrial lands in Umm Al Qaiwain of delay penalties.
The decree No 5 of 2018 stipulates that the Umm Al Qaiwain industrial lands lease contract owners, shall be exempted from delay penalties on each contract till the first of September, said Wam.
The Decree shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
