Killer maid refuses pardon before execution

She used cleaver to sever child’s head

An Ethiopian housemaid refused to ask for pardon from the family of a little girl she murdered just minutes before she was executed in Saudi Arabia.

Policewoman preparing to execute the maid in a public place in the capital Riyadh went to the killer and told her to ask for forgiveness from the victim’s parents, who were present at the execution field.

“She refused to ask for pardon…she just looked at the victim’s family then turned her head and stared at the ground,” Okaz daily said.

The maid was sentenced to death by a court in central Saudi Arabia in 2013 after she was convicted of using a cleaver to sever the head of the child, identified as Lamis.
