A man was caught on camera stealing a luxury 2016 Toyota land cruiser on a busy Saudi street in the middle of the day.
A YouTube film posted on social network showed the young man, wearing traditional Arabian dishdaha, walked towards the car parked on the road in the capital Riyadh, opened the door, jumped in and drove away.
Its owner was quoted by local newspaper as saying the car has a value of around Dh250,000 and that he would pay SR50,000 (Dh50,000) to anyone who helps him recover the vehicle. The report said police had mounted an operation to search for the car and arrest the thief.
