New ‘pink’ dishes to support breast cancer awareness

In partnership with the Breast Cancer Arabia Foundation, La Cantine du Faubourg— the multi-sensorial urban French dining destination which combines food, lights, music, video and art— is offering some of its menu’s classics in pink, to help raise awareness on breast cancer, from October 1 to 31, 2016.

La Cantine du Faubourg will offer one of its signature desserts—the Eton Mess—in pink throughout the month of October. The spectacular dish will be served as usual in a giant martini glass, with fresh blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, physialis and with raspberry coulis; but this time it will feature pink soft-crispy meringue and pink Chantilly whipped cream.

Those who wish to support the noble cause while sipping on elegant drinks will be able to choose from ‘The Pink Lady’ for a refreshing cocktail, or the ‘Pink Blush’ for a beautiful and tasty mocktail. All proceeds from selected items will go towards the Breast Cancer Arabia Foundation. This October, don’t miss out on the chance to support the cause while enjoying yourself!
