DUBAI 3 February 2018: Did you get to see His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, touring the Global Village in Dubai on Friday?
During his tour, Sheikh Mohammed stopped at the Kuwaiti, Saudi, Indian, Thai and many other pavilions that make up the hugely popular attraction in Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed was keen to visit the Emirati pavilion that offers a chance for visitors to experience Emirati culture and heritage. Furthermore, Sheikh Mohammed stopped at kiosks supported by Dubai SME.
At the Global Village in Dubai, 27 pavilions put on a rich and colourful cultural display from 75 countries.
Concluding his tour, Sheikh Mohammed visited the Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Centre accompanied by the Director General of the Dubai Department of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, and Chairman of Meraas Holding Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai.
