DUBAI 24 June 2018: Ten-year old Sunithh Santhasa has always been fascinated by super cars – and living in Dubai there is no dearth of them.

One of his top favs has been a McLaren, but his family, unfortunately, does not own one. Sunith was okay with that but he, at least, wanted to ride in one – and he got to.

Somehow, his wish reached the ears of Dubai Police.

The director of tourist police department of the General Directorate of Investigation and Criminal Investigation, Lt. Col. Mubarak Said Salem Bnawas Al Kutbi, said that the magazine ‘Safety & Security’, received a message from the 10-year-old Sunith Santhasa, about his dream to accompany police officers in the luxury McLaren and roam the streets of the Emirate of Dubai.

His wish was fulfilled as Dubai Police strives to promote the welfare of members of the society and to provide citizens and residents with a dignified life in which they enjoy security and happiness.

The child expressed his gratitude for the rapid response of Dubai Police to the message. Sunith said he grew up in Dubai learning of all the achievements of Dubai Police and was fascinated by their fleet of super cars.
