ABU DHABI 8 October 2018: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has called on motorists to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations regarding the possibility of starting till 9 am.
In a statement, NCM said expected fog formations could reduce horizontal visibility to less than 1,000 metres at times over some Western coastal and internal areas of the country, said Wam.
