DUBAIĀ 5 June 2017: The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has delivered 1,000 first-aid kits across mosques in the emirate.
The initiative aims to promote happiness in mosques and enable people to worship in a safe environment, according to the department, said Wam.
The department has also launched first-aid training for imams, preachers and technicians working at mosques to promote health and safety awareness.
