DUBAI 22 May 2017: A Pakistani bus driver of Emirates Transport allegedly with other 16 petrol station staff stole diesel worth Dh34,364 the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
TI, 35, agreed with attendees at four stations to deduct from Emirates Transport pre-paid diesel card more than the actual value of the diesel filled in the bus.
14 of the fuel pump attendees were Nepalese, 2 Indians and a Sri Lankan. Police arrested the driver and two fuel pump staff while the rest are at large.
The accused forged 136 operations and issued false electronic documents from January 1 to December 29, 2016.
The court will give verdict on May 31.
