AJMAN, 26 March, 2017: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decree pertaining to the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department in Ajman.
The Decree, which includes 15 articles, is effective from the beginning of 2017.
According to the Decree No. 07 of 2017, the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, an affiliate of the Government of Ajman, shall legally replace the Ajman Land and Property Department, under the chairmanship of Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
The department shall have a legal sanctity and have all authority to perform to act. The decree also authorises to set the body’s policies and plans related to real estate regulations and development.
The Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and other competent authorities should implement its provisions.
