DUBAI 22 July 2017: Wilderness man Coyote Peterson takes on the horseshoe crab in this video
The horseshoe crab is an ancient beast that has roamed the ocean since the time of the dinosaurs and despite their name they`re actually more closely related to spiders and scorpions rather than crabs! . While they can be found worldwide they only come close to the shore once a year to reproduce and since timing these events can be difficult it was lucky that the Brave Wilderness team was able to find one of these strange arthropods in a Maine tide pool.
Now the only questions is…since they are closely related to scorpions, do Horseshoe Crabs sting?!
Get ready to find out!
