FUJAIRAH 6 December 2017: The Fujairah Police General Command has declared the extension of the decision to reduce traffic and vehicles seizure fines to 90 days starting from 2nd December, 2017.
The decision was made as per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, said Wam.
All Fines
The decision will include all types of fines committed in the Emirate of Fujairah before 2nd of December, on the occasion of the country’s celebrations of the 46th National Day.
Earlier this month, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed had ordered a nation-wide reduction in traffic and vehicle impound fines by 50 per cent.
Consequently, all emirates are reducing the outstanding fines.
