DUBAI 10 September 2018: Dubai Police patrols managed to find a wallet of an American tourist and return it to hew with the full contents.

The wallet went missing during her tour of the different parts of the Emirate of Dubai.

The tourist was horrified by the loss of money and credit cards contained in the wallet.

Diane Marie Arwin informed the port police station that she had lost her wallet, important papers, credit cards and money. She expressed her fear that the wallet would not be returned. All her money was in it and as she was on her first visit to Dubai and did not know anyone here, she did not know what to do.

The patrol found the itinerary and officers searched the vehicle she travelled in but the wallet was not found.

The police then visited all the places Diane had passed through starting from the restaurant in Burj Khalifa to Umm Suqeim near Jumeirah Beach Hotel and then the Palm and other places where the photographs were taken for memories.

The police went to the Armani Hotel and met with the security supervisor there to reviewed the security records.

They recovered the wall with its full contents of the wallet and returned it to Diane.

She thanks the ‘wonderful’ people who helped her find her wallet and who had stayed with her’ throughout her ordeal.
